Responsibilities :-


Executive Support

- Provide seamless administrative assistance to the CEO and Sales Directors, managing their calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.

- Act as liaison between executives, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

-Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism


Administrative Support

- Manage and maintain executive’s schedule, appointment and travel arrangements

- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including making necessary arrangements


Documents Preparation

-Meticulously prepare business reports, presentations, letters and speeches, showcasing a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence

-Create and maintain organize documentation systems to enhance efficiency


Organizational Support

- Prioritize task and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met

- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness

- Collaborate with team members and provide assistance as needed to support overall organizational goals.


Articulate Verbal Skills

-Possess an eloquent and articulate speaking style, ensuring effective communication in person and over the phone

-Confidently represent executives with a poised and professional demeanor 


English Proficiency

-Exhibit a high level of proficiency in both written and verbal English communication

-Craft clear and concise written communication for emails, official letters and other professional correspondence.


[Prefer age 37 to age 45]

Requirements :-

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, serving company directors or top-levelexecutives

Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

Meticulous Work Ethic : A detail oriented approach to task, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspect of the role.

Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paces environment, adapting to changing protities and deadlines

Language Prowess : An impeccable command of the English language with an ability to adapt to different communication style.
